- First, we should start by wishing you a Happy New Year. The past year was great to us, the release of the Intellivision Sprint being only the tip of the iceberg.
With the release of the Sprint, we have a lot of work cut out for us in the days ahead.
- As for some of the games we currently sell digitally: A Better Mousetrap and FUBAR, and our free titles: Pensate and Little Man Computer,
I am in the process of converting all the digital asset files to the sizes the Sprint uses.
- We plan to secure this site and add a digital storefront for digital game sales.
- In order to boost sales of our physical inventory, we are also going to add a page for all our physical games from other game developers.
- Once all that is done, we will start to advertise on various social media platforms.
- There are also a lot of changes that need to be made to PIDEjL:
- A simple background color change from goldenrod to the Cornflower Blue color, to match the background of the Sprit's menu interface
- A drop-down list of various color palette choices, replacing the simple checkbox
- All the ROM filenames in the config file will match what is being commonly used for the Sprint
- Additional code to look for filenames in Sprint format as well as legacy format
- A supplemental tool to automate (re-)generating the gamelist in the config file, by scanning your folder for all the existing Sprint JSON files

- I updated PIDEGS (my PIDE's Graphical Suite, bundled with the non-Windows port of PIDEjL, to facilitate game development).
The update allows you to add a numeric argument when launching PIDEGS, so you don't have to re-click on the project name in the list each time you want to recompile/reassemble and playtest, which is a time-saver.
More details in the PIDE page.

- I made some changes to the Portable Intellivision Development Environment page.
In particular, I replaced all the scripts with a pair of graphical tools that create the scripts for you on the fly and execute them.
As a result, the documentation is heavily rewritten. It's now just over half as many pages in size, and the section order is changed.
There is also a different list of files to download. Most of the scripts are gone now, since they are no longer needed. I threw in a couple of goodies to replace them.
