Midnight Blue International

The 25th of june, the Eusko Retro Association organized the V. Basque Country Tournament of Intellivissión. The first one we organized in 2020 and this has been the fifth session. 5 enthusiastic players participated: Arrate, Zuriñe, Egoitz, Daniel and Mikel and after playing four good games such as Astrosmash, Car Racing and Battle Tanks (Triple Action) and finally Skiing the winner was Egoitz.. Everyone had a great time and they will get together again in december for a new tournament.

First we played Astrosmash, a classic shooter game from the Intellivision, and in my opinion one of the best games on the Mattel console. We played who got the best score before his ship exploded for the third time.

Then we played Car Racing from Triple Action in pairs. In this case, the one who achieved 100 points in the shortest possible time was Egoitz, followed by Daniel Barrientos. Then we played another game of this cartridge, Battle Tanks, a classic game of this period about tanks combat. And finally, we play another game that we really like, Skiing. This time Egoitz set the fastest time again and managed to descend the entire ski slope in less than two minutes.

The idea is to organize the VI. Basque Country Tournament of Intellivision in december and next time we hope to encourage more players and have more games suchg as; Ventur ande.
